About The Membership
Which treatments and products are included?
Every treatment (except Weight Loss medication) qualifies for the 10% discount, and all retail products get 10% off.
Can I use my membership benefits right away?
Your discounts and benefits start immediately after you enroll. Benefits are valid same day you join.
What about my quarterly complimentary service?
Every 3 months, you can enjoy one complimentary service as part of your membership. Simply schedule your appointment and let us know you’re redeeming your quarterly benefit.
How does the banked credit work?
Your monthly deposit is YOUR CREDIT, added to your account each month. Spend it on any service or product. It rolls over without penalties.
Is it worth it if I only come in occasionally?
If you visit regularly or plan multiple treatments, yes. Your monthly payment banks even if you don’t use it right away, so the credit is always there when you need it. Book a consultation and we’ll help you decide.
About the Term
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. The membership requires a Four month commitment. After that, it continues month-to-month unless you cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
Can I cancel anytime?
After your initial four months, you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice. This means you’ll need to notify us before month three if you want to cancel after month four.
What if I need to pause my membership?
You can freeze your membership once every six months at no charge for up to 90 days. Additional freezes within the same period cost $99.
About Payments
When do payments process?
What happens if my payment fails?
You’ll have 10 business days to update your payment information. If you don’t update within that window, your membership will be canceled and you’ll need to pay a $99 rejoining fee to restart.
Are membership fees refundable?
No. Monthly payments are non-refundable and have no cash value. They can only be used as credit toward services and products.
About Banked Credit
Does my banked credit expire?
As long as your membership is active, your credit never expires. If you cancel, you have 60 days to use any remaining banked funds before they expire.
Can I transfer my credit to someone else?
No. Banked funds can only be used by the enrolled member.
Can I get cash back for unused credit?
No. Banked funds have no cash value and cannot be refunded or converted to cash.
About Cancellation
What if I cancel and want to rejoin later?
You can rejoin, but you’ll need to pay a $99 rejoining fee in addition to your first monthly payment.
Can I roll over my quarterly bonus?
Quarterly bonuses must be used within the specific 3-month window to ensure we can accommodate all our members fairly.
What happens to my banked credit if I cancel?
You have 60 days from your final active membership date to use any remaining credit. After that, it expires.
About Benefits
How do I use my guest passes?
Simply bring your guest with you at the same time as your scheduled appointment. Each guest pass allows your friend to join you and enjoy the exclusive 10% member discount on all products and services during their visit.
Can I combine my 10% discount with other offers?
Member discounts can be applied to full-price services. They typically cannot be stacked with seasonal promotional bundles unless specified.
When do I receive my birthday gift card?
Your $50 birthday gift card will be issued during your birthday month and can be used on any service or product at Genesis.
