Genesis MedSpa currently uses FedEX Express for all domestic shipping needs. Processing times vary, but most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours, excluding holidays and weekends. Preorders and backorders do not ship until product is available (see the specific product page for specific availability dates).
How do you calculate shipping?
Shipping is calculated based upon the latest rates from FedEX.

Genesis MedSpa Refund Policy
Products purchased directly from Genesis MedSpa's website may be returned for a refund within 30 days of invoice date if you are not completely satisfied.
Merchandise must be returned in the manufacturers box, INSIDE an outer shipping box with the enclosed documentation and all parts.
All products must be returned in a "sellable" condition in order to receive a refund. Damaged or previously installed products cannot be refunded.
Contact Sales@Genesis-MedSpa.com for an authorization number prior to requesting a Refund. An authorization number and the original receipt or packing slip must be included with your return.
Credit will be issued within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise at Genesis MedSpa, Inc.
Genesis MedSpa Defective Product Exchange Policy
Products deemed defective are eligible for a product exchange up to 1 year of invoice date. Identical Product exchanges will only be made for like part numbers.
Contact Sales@Genesis-MedSpa.com for an authorization number prior requesting an Exchange. An authorization number and the original receipt or packing slip must be included with your return.
Shipping and Shipping Charges
Genesis MedSpa in not responsible for refunding the shipping costs to either originally send or to return products. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
When sending back your return we recommend sending an item with either a tracking number or a delivery confirmation number to insure it safely arrives.
FedEX Priority Mail or UPS Ground will be used for all exchange shipments, and is solely at the discretion of Genesis MedSpa.
